Welcome to the Employee-Distribution! This repository contains valuable insights and visualizations derived from an extensive HR dataset spanning from 2000 to 2020, with over 22,000 rows. The data was meticulously cleaned and analyzed using PostgreSQL, and the results are beautifully visualized with Power BI. This comprehensive dashboard aims to answer crucial HR-related questions and shed light on various aspects of the organization's workforce.

The Employee Distribution Dashboard is a strategic tool that enables organizations to make informed decisions, optimize their workforce, and achieve better resource allocation. Its impacts extend across workforce planning, cost optimization, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts. In today's dynamic business environment, having such a dashboard is a critical asset for ensuring the alignment of your workforce with your strategic goals.

While this dashboard offers valuable insights, it's essential to be aware of its limitations:

Some records with negative ages were excluded during querying (967 records). Ages used were 18 years and above.

Some term dates were too far into the future and were not included in the analysis (1599 records). Only term dates up to the current date were considered.
